We could say that meditation doesn’t have a reason or doesn’t have a purpose. In this respect it’s unlike almost all other things we do except perhaps making music and dancing. When we make music we don’t do it in order to reach a certain point, such as the end of the composition.

If that were the purpose of music then obviously the fastest players would be the best. Also, when we are dancing we are not aiming to arrive at a particular place on the floor as in a journey. When we dance, the journey itself is the point, as when we play music the playing itself is the point. And exactly the same thing is true in meditation. Meditation is the discovery that the point of life is always arrived at in the immediate moment.

You know what I think about all these politics and world leaders? I see them…all these old people in the House, Senate, top officials, etc. I see them as ignorant controlling parents, you know the one who tell their kids that Santa and the tooth fairy are real. Parents that hide the truth about sex and pretend cuss words don’t exist. They want you to believe everything they say is the damn hard truth.

Thanks to a local bboy and tattoo artist, Danny aka Abyss, got my outer Lion piece done. I planned on getting a half sleeve, but I’ll invest in that in the late later future, but I’m happy with this. I hate pain haha.

After all those years of training, trying to improve on my moves, and get the combo better than the last combo. Now it feels like my mindset had a reset go off. I feel new, like I’m starting over with a conditioned body. Feels good, ideas are coming to me and I love it!

Also, can’t wait for the next big nearby crew vs crew event! I feel like BIC is ready to erupt sonnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
